I went to school today for gardening. We were lost and we didn't exactly know what to do, but...we did something anyway... Let me update you on the details...At first, we went to borrow scissors to cut the grass, and after cutting for quite some time, we managed to find our that the lawn mowers were coming next week, so we were quite....(you know). We swept those grasses that we cut into this dustpan at the garden. Next, we put on gloves and tried to pluck grasses out. Afterwards, we went back to the small pond beside the bigger one. That was our biggest problem as the pond was so damn heavy. We asked for pails to try to pour some of the water out to lighten our load. But first, we had to take the two very disgusting plants out that could not survive without proper pond water. The water was super muddy and the soil all settled at the bottom of the pond. After taking the two plants out, we used empty bottles in the greenhouse and one scoop (only given one) to take the water into three other pails. After taking and pouring enough water, we took the pond up together to put it at another place cause we need that place to do other stuff. While ameerah and claire were trying to take it up, the water spilled, so ameerah spilled some more and a fish dropped out. It flipped and flopped and they were going "ah, ah, ah" so I had to pick the poor fish up and throw it back into the water again. It was slippery and kept jumping out of my hand, But it didn't die..hehe, thanks to me... The big move of the pond.... We took a step....and SPLASHED..!!! We were all hit and we were like "Yucks; Oh my shit; Wad the; etc..." In short, we took a mud-cum-soil bath.. Then we transferred the pond to the side. We rushed to the tap outside the general office to wash ourselves of the muck. Afterwards, we started filling the tyres that we had places at where the smaller pond was initially and filled it with soil. After the messy business, we sat down with figures to enjoy chocolate. Those figures were quite nice but weird..(done by art club). Finally, we started for home... Ah..finally, I can rest. I had NOT taken a single recess since schools started, man, see how the school is treating us??? Projects after school and during recess!!! I even missed a few minutes of lesson on Friday cause I was rushing during recess... Youth day holiday on MON!!! ok, gtg, BYE!!! =] |
