hiya! all the weird normal and ordinary creatures out there, here's my entry for the month!

It was flag day yesterday. The funniest thing that occured to me was:

Mother of two kids: (after donating to my tin) Girl, say thank you.

Girl: (looks at me) Thank you, auntie.

Then I had to look the other way to stiffle my giggles..she was so cute!!! haha..

The next nice thing was:

Guy: (with his companion, holding a bottle of iced mineral water) (walked up to me) Here, have this and God bless you. We are from a church.

So nice right..shi han and yi ying also received the water, but we'd rather they donate cos we already brought water anyway..but thanks!

The next best thing:

When we returned the tin, the people at the collection point said, "Thank you, you did a great job!"

haha.

The worst thing was:

Someone lectured me on collecting donations because he thought the government had plenty of money and was only cheating him of his money by asking him to donate. That was a prominent rebel I can tell you. He still said many other things I feel I should not present to your eyes here.

Anyway, after a long and tiring morning and afternoon, I still had to go for my piano lesson. The very nice shi han waited until my lesson was over (yay!) and we had dinner together before hopping on bus 65 for the journey home.

The weather was merciless yesterday, causing enormous sweat stains that appeared and disappeared subsquently on our dark green pinafores. And I don't think Mr Sun is anymore kind than he was yesterday..I was rudely jerked out of my dreams by the heat this morning, which made my grumpy and mad. Fortunately for me and my surrounding living beings, my anger and crankiness was quenched by a practice on the piano with all the pieces of music swirling around my soul..

The bio field trip on Thursday was great! We saw many things and I got scratched by one of the rocks in the shallow part of the sea, but I would have traded a journey of exploration and first-hand discovery for a gentle changing colour bruise any day. We saw nice cute little shitting creatures and many anemones, plus cat's eyes, many types of algae, red, brown, etc, plus blue and other colours sponges.. we also saw soft corals and even a cute red small crab as big as your hand plus some small little ones as big as your nail. There were also snails and small funny hermit crabs=] We walked on the seabed for a while and it was very rocky and we couldn't see anything due to the murky water and we held hands to balance ourselves.. I only took two nice pictues of a cat's eye though..sad. We also saw a black and striking yellow tube-worm, but Serene tickled it with a piece of seaweed and it shyly withdrew into it's hole and we couldn't find it afterwards to take a picture with..we were a group under Miss Tay (Mrs Foo). Dhwani was with us too=] Rui Qin was with Mr Peh and Cui Xia, twins and Amelia were with Ms Yong.

That's all, back to my Naruto! =]
